hace dos dia q estoy tratando de hablar por telefono y nunca atienden, a toda hora llamo pero parece q no hay nadie o no se!! bien q cuando uno va al teatro ( q eh ido muchas veces ) hay q dar propina o te ponen mal cara . se supone q si tienen un servicio tienen q brindar lo mejor, por ejemplo algo tan basico como atender el telefono!!!

coincido totalmente ,me pasa lo mismo,pero me parece q los equivocados somos nosotros porque ellos viven gracias a nosotros q vamos a ver los espectaculos, nosmereceriamos un trato mas personal

HAY TAL CUAL ME ESTA PASANDO A MI ,IMPOSIBLE COMUNICARME .Q SE HACE EN ESTOS CASOS XQ NO VIVO CERCA DE CAPITAL .ATIENDA SRES DEL GRAN REX " SOMOS LOS Q PONEMOS LA TARASCA ,PARA UDS Y LOS ARTISTASQ QUEREMOS VER OK GRACIAS
